Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
At the moment, we ship across Canada and the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100, after discounts and before taxes.
Standard shipping (orders less than $100): flat fee of $10
Can I modify/cancel an order?
As our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or modify your order upon request. If your order has not been shipped, please reach out to us at online@charliebcollection.com with your order number.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you place your order as we cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. Click the link in your email to track the progress of your shipment. Please note that tracking links may need 24-48 hours to generate.
You can also find your tracking information by logging into your Charlie B account and navigating to your “Order History”.
Don't have an account? No worries! You can create an account now using the same email address used to place the order.
Where is my order?
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Your tracking number will allow you to track the progress of your order at every step.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We are happy to offer 30-day returns from your order's ship date. All items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags still attached. Please note that sale items marked at 50% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned.

How can I start a return?
To start a return, visit our returns portal. You’ll need your order number, which starts with #U, along with the email, phone number, or postal code linked to your order.
Follow the steps to select the items you want to return, provide the reason, and download the prepaid label. Please note that a $12 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
What does Final Sale mean?
Sale items marked at 50% off or greater, and gift cards are Final Sale. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or price adjustments.
Can I make an exchange?
Since we can't guarantee item availability, we don't offer exchanges. To make an exchange, please return the original item and place a new order.
Can I return my online purchases at a retail location?
Purchases made online on charliebcollection.com can only be returned online.
Charlie B merchandise purchased at independent boutiques or third party retailers must be returned to the location where it was purchased. We do not accept returns for items purchased at retail stores.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Once your return is complete, you will receive an email confirming that your refund has been issued.
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment, minus the $12 return postage fee. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 1 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Payments & Discounts
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Interac. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices on charliebcollection.com, for orders shipping to a US address, are displayed and charged in US dollars ($USD).
If you would like to ship your order to a Canadian address, please visit charliebcollection.ca, where you can browse and shop in Canadian dollars ($CAD).
Do you price match?
We do not price match other retailers.
Do you offer price adjustments?
We are happy to honor a one-time price adjustment should the price of an item(s) be reduced within two (2) days of your date of purchase.
To request a price adjustment for an online purchase, you must email online@charliebcollection.com within the two (2) day timeframe providing your order number and the style numbers for which you are requesting a price adjustment.
Please note, "Final Sale" items are not eligible for price adjustments.
How do discount codes work?
Simply enter the discount code at the discount code entry field during checkout. Please note, only one (1) discount code may be applied per order.
Can I apply my discount code on a purchase I've already made?
Unfortunately we are unable to apply discount codes retroactively. Discount codes can only be applied to your next online order.

What size am I in Charlie B clothing?
You can view our Size Chart at the product page, or by visiting our Size Guide page.
Our size guide serves as a general guideline for helping you find your Charlie B size. As fit may vary by style, we also include “Fit & Size” information for each style at the product page to help guide you.

How do I care for my Charlie B items?
We offer care recommendations for each product under “Materials & Care” at the product page. You will also find information about the way to care for your Charlie B items on the garment tag.
Where can I find at store that sells Charlie B?
Our line sells at select independent retail boutiques across Canada and the United-States. You can use our Store Locator to find a retailer nearest you.

What is a customer account?
A Charlie B customer account allows you to easily access your current order status, view your order history, and save your shipping address(es) for a quicker checkout. Create a customer account now.

I forgot my customer account password. What do I do?
You can reset your customer account password by clicking on the “Forgot password?" link at the Customer Login page. Enter your email and follow the steps to reset your password.
