Charlie B clothing embodies the perfect balance between comfort and fashion — but if there is an item that’s not exactly how you envisioned it, you can return it within 30 days from your order's ship date. Please read all the information below before starting the process.

Return Policy

Charlie B will gladly accept merchandise for a refund within 30 days of your order's ship date.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in original, sellable condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
  • Must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).
  • Must be purchased from charliebcollection.com

We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that show signs of wear or do not meet the criteria outlined above. Returns that do not comply with our policy or are sent back without authorization will not be refunded.

Exclusions:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Sale items marked at 50% off or more are Final Sale.
  • We do not accept returns on items purchased at retail stores or third-party websites.

Return Postage Fee:

  • A return postage fee of $12 will be deducted from your refund.

Extended Holiday Returns

For gift purchases placed between November 1 and December 6 we'll gladly accept returns until January 6, 2024. All orders made outside of this period are subject to our standard 30-day return policy.

Start a Return

How to Mail Back an Online Return

Follow the steps below to complete your return:

1. Start a Return: Go to our return portal to start your return. Enter your order number (starting with a #C) and the email address linked to your order. Follow the steps to select the items you wish to return.

2. Download Your Return Label: After submitting your return, download and print the return label and return packing slip from the confirmation page. The $12 cost of the shipping label will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.

3. Prepare Your Package: Pack your items securely (use the original packaging if possible) and attach the return label to the outside of the package.

4. Ship Your Return: Drop off the package at your nearest carrier location.

Return Requests for Multiple Orders

Please note that each order requires a separate return request. You cannot return multiple orders in one request, and each order must be shipped back separately.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Once your return is complete, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please note, a $12 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds may take 1-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Final Sale

Sale items marked at 50% off or more are considered Final Sale. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or price adjustments.

Exchanges

As we cannot guarantee item availability, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Price Adjustments

We will honor a one-time price adjustment should the price of an item(s) be reduced within two (2) days of your date of purchase. Final Sale items are not eligible for price adjustments.

To request a price adjustment for an online purchase, email online@charliebcollection.com within the two (2) day timeframe with your order number and the style numbers for which you are requesting an adjustment.
